Step 1: Obtain a Tourist Invitation
When booking with us, we will provide you with a valid Tourist Invitation and Confirmation Letter for your Tourist Visa Application.
Step 2: Gather Your Documents
Our team will work with you to ensure you have all of the correct documents before submitting yours application.
Step 3: Submit Your Application
We will guide you through the entire process of submitting your application, whether that be in person at your local Russian Consulate / Embasy, or via post at one of the trusted Russian Visa Processing Centres.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
Most applications are processed within 2 weeks.
Step 5: Collect Your Visa
If you submitted your visa application in person, you will receive an SMS when your visa has been finalised. If you sent your application via post, you should receive it back within 14-21 days.
Step 6: Registering once you arrive in Russia
